Never Let A Stranger Cut Your Hair

I had been in need of a hair cut for several days. My hair doesn't get really long, but it gets unmanageable after a certain point. So after work I head over to our local Sports Clips. Its a hair cutting place that has lots of sports memorabilia and TV's to watch whilst you are getting your hair cut. I've been there several times before.

There were several ladies cutting hair when I arrived. There was only one lady I really didn't want to cut my hair but I ended up getting her anyway. My mistake. I take full responsibility.

Charlie or Bharlie or whatever her name is did a terrible job. One of my side burns was one inch longer than the other one. She didn't even let me look in the mirror when she was done. She just took off the cover and shoved me out of the chair. Again, I take full responsibility for leaving the place without getting a good look at my hair. I should have know better.

The hair cut was bad. My wife even laughed at how bad it was. It took her a while to get it to where I can go to anther place today and get it fixed.

I will not be going back to Sports Clips.

A winning weekend...

The Razorbacks won, the Patriots lost and I got to play golf. It was a pretty good weekend.

The Razorbacks jumped on Florida early and never let up. The Hogs won the game by 19 but they were leading by 26 at the half and for 20+ points most of the second half.

Ole Miss is next weekend in Fayetteville. Hopefully we can take care of business.

I don't particularly like the Giants but I didn't really want the Patriots to go undefeated either so it was kind of a lessor of two evils for me.

Played golf out at Valley View. It was incredibly windy but I played pretty well for not having picked up a club in four months. Shot 92. 45 on the front. 47 on the back. Could've been better. I made six pars.

I haven't forgotten about you...

I bet you all thought I had forgotten about you. Well, maybe I did. A little. But not much. I really haven't played poker in about seven months. Since the new anti gambling legislation went into effect, the fish dried up. It was harder to get money on the sites. I took what little money I had left on the sites and cashed it out.

Since we last talked I have finished my doctoral degree. It wasn't easy but I got it done.
